  I had a lovely birthday celebration with my family here, in large thanks to Kainan who was very warm, accommodating and helpful. He even gave us complimentary hot chocolate in the end - delicious. We had the generous and delicious funduta board for a sharing starter, and the pollo piccante for main - an aromatic exquisite harissa spice to it (not overpowering but with just enough spice to give a pleasant kick). Overall, kind, generous and accommodating customer service from Kainan, and brilliantly high quality food, and a warm atmosphere with relaxing music. I’ll be coming again!

  Had such a lovely experience at Zizzi. Louise was an amazing server and gave me and my husband exceptional customer service throughout our visit. She really went above and beyond to help with my baby when she was being fussy, which made the whole experience so much easier and more enjoyable. The food was exceptional and the service at Zizzi Staines is always consistently great. A big thank you to the whole team, and a special shout out to Louise for being so kind, attentive and helpful!

  We had a party of 9 on a busy Saturday night, and Soho was our server. Despite how hectic things were, he remained incredibly polite, attentive, and accommodating throughout the entire evening. He checked in regularly to make sure our food and drinks were all good, without ever feeling intrusive. What really stood out was how he handled allergies in our group. Although he mentioned he wasn’t fully trained on allergens yet, he took it seriously and made sure to involve a more experienced team member so everything was handled safely and properly. That level of care and responsibility didn’t go unnoticed. Overall, Soho provided warm, thoughtful service and made our large group feel well looked after. We really appreciated his effort and kindness, especially on such a busy night.

  I went with 8 of my friends for dinner and we all enjoyed the food - I got the Chicken Caesar Salad and Sweet Potato Chips which were delicious! However, the service was terrible! Firstly, it took ages for a waiter to even come to our table, even though the restaurant wasn’t overly busy. All of our mains came at completely different times. One of my friends ordered a starter, main, and dessert through the children menu and her main came about five minutes after everyone else’s, then her dessert came afterwards and her starter never even arrived! Rather than taking the money off the bill or letting her take it home, they still added the money for the starter onto the bill and had the audacity to still include service charge! So, my friend ended up paying for that. My other friend, who has the Zizzi App, saw that she could get a free garlic bread because she has the app but they couldn’t work out how to take the money for the garlic bread off the bill so she ended up having to pay for that! It was such a shame because the food was so good but I definitely won’t be returning to this Zizzi!

  A little disappointed. Having been to different Zizi restaurants 5 times this year this experience was by far the worst. Large party, we did arrive late in fairness but I had tried to make contact with the restaurant earlier but to no avail. Menus came out late but we didn't have any attention from our waiter for a long time. The restaurant want busy but none of the staff were trying to make eye contact and offer any kind of service. Food was good but didn't come out together. Last two meals arrived after some of the party had already finished their main courses. Parmesan and pepper wasn't offered and had to be requested.
